Dynamic EMS® Enterprise is a workforce management platform used by businesses to manage employees, scheduling, communications, time off, payroll-related data, and contracts.

Depending on your role and your employer's configuration, we may collect:

• Account and profile data (name, email, phone number, role, profile information).
• Employment data (schedule assignments, departments, locations, time clock records, availability, time off, illness reports).
• Communication data (in-app messages, notifications, contract-related communications).
• Financial/employment compensation data (pay rate data, payroll references, bank details where provided by your employer).
• Device and technical data (app/device identifiers, push token, browser/device metadata, logs, diagnostics).
• Document and contract data (uploaded files, generated contracts, signature workflow records).

3. How We Use Data

• Provide and operate core app functionality.
• Manage authentication, security, and fraud prevention.
• Enable notifications (including APNs/web push) for operational events.
• Support payroll and compliance workflows requested by your organization.

5. Push Notifications

If enabled, we store a device push token to deliver operational notifications. On iOS, notifications are delivered via Apple Push Notification service (APNs). You can disable notifications in app settings and/or your device settings.

• Cloud infrastructure and database providers (for hosting and storage).
• Notification providers (APNs and web push services).

We do not sell personal data.
